My yarn is not superbulky, but rather a heavy worsted/aran weight.

Mods: worked only 3 repeats as I was running out of yarn.

I love this pattern! Fun, with repeats that are easy to remember. A great combination of bobbles and cables. Mine came out more “beanie” than slouchy, but I don’t mind, as that’s more my style anyway. I’d like to make this again, perhaps a Christmas gift?

UPDATED: I decided I wanted the hat to be bigger, so I worked the 4th pattern repeat. Rita, at Downtown Yarn in Manhattan ordered the yarn directly from Jamie Harmon for me. Now I’m even happier with the hat.
