The Headford Hat from Drop Dead Easy Knits is a perfect blank canvas for colorwork. I mixed and matched motifs from 150 Scandanavian Motifs by Mary Jane Mucklestone.
So much fun. It took so little time to knit, there will be more in my future.
Note: I knit loosely, esp in fair isle, so I went down to a size us5 needle for the hat, the pattern calls for 7.
