Loved knitting this, I went longer than suggested (close to 50” ) and after kitchener and blocking, it’s about 54” long and 7.5” wide. Perfect!

Although I thought the edge with the carried up strands was going to look bad, after blocking it settled in, so no prob. If you are very finicky, you could do an i-cord around the whole edge to cover up the carried up strands.
