Notes

Start 222g

10/10 through R44
10/12 through R75
10/13 through R87

10/17 through R105; started to cut out all the green and yellow from this gradient yarn, and continue with yellow/ purple, then frogged and decided to continue using the yarn as made, so I am using what I cut out:) learning process! Continuing with the Whirl gradient unfolding!

10/20 towards R120 started to use yellow purple again - crocheted to right before the border and decided again to continue with the gradient color scheme as manufactured! Frogged 7 rows - learning adventure!

10/23 nearly finished with border and knew I would run out of yarn - have decided to start border again with a different gradient Whirl skein that I have on hand. Border is lovely. Figuring out whether to order more of the same gradient, or use other colors from the same gradient has all been a learning experience

Really like this pattern and the designer - instructions are clear and easy to read - formatted quite nicely- and includes charts.

Frogging the border set me back a couple of days, but will go ahead and do it to change colors and have enough yarn. I thought about frogging back and reducing the triples in the border to doubles (from tr to dc) but will try the new gradient colors from the Blackberry Mint Chip ball.

10/24 Finished - now to blocking :)
