Notes

I’ve had the yarn for this for a LONG time and I’m finally knitting this gorgeous lace shawl. Truly loving knitting with this amazingly soft cashmere!

Update:

  • used 1 skein of the yarn from beginning of the shawl to the end of Lace Chart A.

  • used 1 skein of yarn from the beginning to the end of Chart B.

  • started on the third skein of yarn from the set up/beginning of Chart C. I had 28 grams left over in that third skein.

It might just be me, but I had a difficult time following the charts and figuring them out in my head. It made some sense after I was knitting the pattern for a few repeats, but I think it was almost easier following the written directions (thank goodness for those!) than using the charts.

The finished shawl is HUGE, but sooo lovely and as soft as a cloud. The blocking was super easy and had a really nice slight halo when it was dry.
