Notes

I have a deep and undying love for this yarn. It can do no wrong for me. I’ve used it in several projects as accents and It’s just beautiful. This dye job is no exception. You really (really) need to alternate rows if you are using multiple balls. The color differences within a dyelot can be pretty jarring.

I was about 60 yards short for this project, so it ended up just shy of 10 inches when all was said and done. I did work out a nifty little trick for discerning when to change to the final stockinette section--

440(yds required)-382(yards available)= 58 (yards short)

58/440=.13 or 13% of total yardage missing.

11 in x 87% (100-13)= 9.5 inches worked before switching to the stockinette section.

Considering my remaining <8 yards of each skein, I think it was a pretty safe way of doing that.
