Notes

Great pattern once you take your highlighter to the page and tune out all that extraneous information. It’s seriously a Choose Your Own Adventure pattern.

I love this sweater and I’m glad I finally tackled it. The yarn was nice--splitty as the the dickens but nice when knit up and soft to the touch. I blocked with steam for an acrylic after weeding through some information and deciding to treat it as a synthetic rather than as a plant product. It worked nicely and improved the drape quite a bit.

Notes on construction--do the 3 needle bind-off for the top of the sleeves. This is structurally important and will hold your sweater in shape much better than kitchener stitch. If you kitchener the bottom panel, omit the final WS row or your happy mesh pattern will have a line of stockinette running through it. If you 3 needle bind-off, you don’t need to make this change.
