16.06.2013 - cast-on a summer cardigan - sweet and simple. Great yarn made from recycled jeans - 100% recycled cotton.

17.06.2013 - neckline completed, going for the yoke!

22.06.2013 - yoke done, sleeve stitches rest on Addi stitchholders. I must make a pause on this project, there is another one looking for my attention before going on our holiday trip.

I took this project with me for a 3-week travel around europe adventure!
I knitted it on our resting hours at the end of the day, and sometimes even inside the car, when I sat at the back. I can’t knit when I’m traveling on the front seats.

05.08.2013 - started the 4th skein right before getting to the hem. Let’s see, if four skeins will be enough for this - still need to knit the arms.

29.06.2014 - after procrastinating almost a year, let’s try to finished the Summer Cardigan.

01.07.2014 - i-cord bind off done on the right side of the Cardigan.

19.08.2014 - i-cord bind off done on the left side of the Cardigan. I decided to knit the sleeves to 3/4. I still have half my 4th skein, and a 5th. It’ll do.

20.08.2014 - finished first sleeve, after making decreases 3 times, and knitted 6 rounds ribbing. going for the second one.

13.09.2014 - finished, at last. I’m not adding any buttons, because it turned out to be bigger than I expected. I’ll wear it crossed with a pin to hold it together.
