A crochet curtain for my bathroom, blocked and hung at the weekend. The basis for the curtain is a slightly modified version of one of the motifs (no 78) from Connect the Shapes by Edie Eckman an essential book in any serious crocheter’s library

I devised my own top border to thread through the curtain pole and a half motif to straighten the top and sides.

As well as this square version, there is a six sided variant of the motif in Edie Eckman’s book and I’m thinking they would make super snowflakes in white falling out of a clear, all blue sky
