Notes

I made this sock in the larger size since I want lily to be able to wear them for some time.

Instead of the heel called for, I did an afterthought heel using the video tutorial done by The Knit Girllls. After inserting the waste yarn, I knit 3” before starting the toe decreases, assuming the toe would take approximately 1.5” of the length, and the heel would take up another 1.5”. When I picked up for the heel, I picked up 2 extra stitches on each side to eliminate holes. I then knit 2 plain rounds prior to starting to decrease for the heel (following pattern for toe).

These turned out a little big. Oh well, she’ll grow into them.
