This was frustrating to try to knit as written in the book, though lovely to look at. I don’t think the pattern or the errata given is complete/correct.

The errata given on Ravelry for the band works:
Row 3: Slip 1 stitch purlwise (s1pw), knit 1, repeat until end.

The errata given on Ravelry for the embossed section (Round 2: P1, k1, p1, k5. Repeat til end of row. Round 4: P1, K5, P1, K1.) did not work for me. Nor did the pattern as written (I tried that first). I had to give up looking at the book for the embossed pattern section and just figure it out visually so that I got the diamonds pictured in the book’s photos.

I decided to attach the tassel with icord instead of a braid.
