Pictures cannot capture how lovely this deep blue yarn is in person. Such a simple and adorable hat! It has gotten so many compliments on a blue-eyed little girl.

I could not make this project fit onto a 16” circular needle, as directed in the book (it didn’t reach all the way around) with either 56 or 64 stitches, and I don’t have a US 9 dpn set, so I knit this on US 8 dpns with 64 stitches cast on and it fits snug on the 4-month old I made it for.
