Knitting for a friend who is having a babyshower themed “cute as a button” and invite was yellow/white colours. Hoping to get it finished in time as I’ve been a bit distracted with my own 2wk old baby

Just did the proper button band till the under arm then a fake band down the side as I wanted to just knit in the round

Starting this project 10.30pm the night before the baby shower wasn’t the best plan, I was 30mins short of finishing when we needed to leave for the party (just had to cast off and sew on buttons), so had to leave it at home and finished it that evening.
