Ug! The color pooling on the calf is odd. At least the yarn softened up after he wore them.

• Gauge: 16 sts by 21 rows = 2 inches (I’m keeping the elasticy yarn unstretched. I don’t want it to be too clingy).

• Simple pattern. Works up quickly.

• This yarn is a bit scratchy to work with and the elastic took some getting used to.

January 28th- It’s almost V-Day! I didn’t realize January was flying by that fast! There’s no time to order sock yarn, so I went to Michaels and picked up one of the only “manly” colors they had available (why is it that my local craft stores don’t carry solid colored sock yarns?).
