Body of sweater

• Long tail cast-on at neck

• 7 1/2 lace repeats

• Traditional bind-off at bottom edge on size US 2 needles

• Unblocked: Shoulder to Hem- 8 1/2”, Width at underarm- 7 3/4”, Underarm to Cuff- 3 3/4”

• Blocked: Shoulder to Hem- 9 3/4”, Width at underarm- 8 1/4”, Underarm to Cuff- 4 1/4”

Sleeves

• Magic loop method instead of dpns

• Round starts in the middle of the 8 picked up stitches (pick up 4, add held sleeve sts, pick up 4)

• To work Rounds 7, 9, and 11, slip last stitch from previous round to the beginning of those rounds

• 4 1/2 lace repeats (ending with Round 6- knit round)

• Garter stitch cuff: I started with a purl round then worked 6 more rounds (ending with a purl round)

• On that first garter cuff round, I did “p1, p2tog” around to taper the cuff (using this Raveler’s tip)

• Elastic bind off on size 2 needles

Bonnet

• Long tail cast-on

• Elastic bind off on size 2 needles

• Blocked before adding garter stitch at neck edge
