• Gauge: 3.5 sts on US10s

• Going up a size (to 34”) to fit me (31”)

• Knitted 2 rows of St st before starting owl chart (it would have been very tight, otherwise)

• Next time, will space back increases further apart

The short rows were incredibly simple! Meghan sent me this wonderful tutorial on what to do with those pesky wraps. Mine are invisible!

January 7th- Leisurely knitting along with my friend, Meghan.

January 27th- Finished the knitting! And it fits (with no back poof)! I need to wash and block.

Took advantage of the timer on my camera to get some “action” shots of the sweater. I washed the sweater on the gentlest cycle of my machine, which fuzzed the yarn up a bit. It obscures the owls a tad, but I like them being a bit subtle. I’ve decided against “eyes” for now.
