Yarn and shiny new needles compliments of Meghan for my 25th birthday!

• Went down a needle size (to US2s). I needed a smaller size than the 32” and this turned out to be about a 30-31”, which fits me perfectly.

• Worked body to 14 inches and placket to 1 3/4 inches before dividing for armholes.

• Magic-looped sleeve on 24” circular (if making size other than Small, you’ll need a longer needle).

• Used lifted increase on sleeves instead of M1.

• Knitted sleeves to 21.5” (53 pattern repeats) before shaping sleeve cap.

• Didn’t make buttonholes. The opening was big enough. I just sewed the buttons onto the two layers of the placket.

• The cotton yarn is holding up well. I machine wash it on the gentle cycle and lay it flat to dry.
