Made in various mosaic knit stitches from Barbara Walker’s Treasuries. The finished blanket will be 5 squares wide by 7 squares long. The center square is my family’s initials.

Still plugging along on this! I decided to scale it back from the original planned 5 x 7 grid to a 5 x 5 grid. Each individual block is about 13” square, which means I’ll end up with about a 65” square blanket not including the finishing edge. It currently includes blocks for all four Hogwarts houses, my college sorority, and my husband’s college fraternity. The last row across the top will add blocks for each of my children’s current school colors and my husband’s and my college colors.

I picked the colors as I came to them with the only rule being that a color couldn’t repeat itself in a column or a row. (I know it looks like it might be happening a couple of places but that’s white and cream!)
