Notes

June 6, 2010 - blocked and admired.
A wonderful pattern to show off beautiful yarn. I copied ‘shaun’s’ idea by adding a crocheted border with a few beads. After blocking final size 170x51cm (66x20 inches). I am very happy with the result.

June 1, 2010 - I finished the shawl and need to block it. The bind off seems a bit tighter than the cast on, so I hope the width of the shawl does not get skewed. I want to add some beads to the sides, so I am trying to figure out how to do that. (Note: used a more elastic type of bind-off:
K2sts.
Slip the 2 sts from the right hand needle to the left hand needle.
K these 2 sts tog. K1. (or k2togTBL. K1 )
Repeat)

May 30, 2010 - I had to undo the first try, as it was too wide and I did not have enough yarn to make it long enough. Now I have cast on 64 stitches and I think the width is fine and I hope the length will be too.

I wanted to find the perfect pattern for this yarn to show off its beauty and I feel like I have found it in the Ease Lace Stole.
