This scarf was originally intended to be a surprise, but as we all know I suck at keeping gifts a secret for long, Timmy obviously knows about it. He made me promise not to post any more photos until I’ve shipped it to him in order to keep at least a little suspense!

Modifications:

• I’ve widened the pattern by casting on 44 sts instead of 32, and adding 4 more 3 stitch sets on the braid.
• As I decided to work a center panel, the first half works through the center panel and nearly to the other side. The second half is then worked and the two halves kitchen stitched together.
