I worked up the sweater rather quickly, but left the sleeves undone until today. After taking a few months off to let my elbows heal, and then to knit a bunch of baby things, I’m back to knitting the sleeves. I’ve decided that working the cable on the sleeves is driving me insane, so I’m modifying the pattern for a simple ribbing sleeve.

I am not decreasing the stitches prior to the setup row.
I am then working the increases for the size below the one I cast on for, and working the decreases for the size I cast on for.

In this case, I have one additional stitch for the rest of the project.
