Description:

May 2010
I initially bought the yarn as a welcome home to Utah gift to myself, but had no idea what it would become. It didn’t take long for me to find the Ambrosia pattern and start on my merry way. Though this is a quick knit, I didn’t finish it before the summer started. Now that it’s Autumn, and knitting season again, I’m picking this one back up in time to finish it for the last licks of Indian Summer.

Nov 1 2010
I’ve decided that this yarn just didn’t suit the Ambrosia pattern. I’ve decided the Marigold Sweater will be my next attempt.

Nov 7 2010:
This yarn is reacting MUCH better to the Marigold Sweater pattern. The 4 row pattern repeat works up VERY quickly.

Dec 14 2010:
I finished the body of the sweater and it looks beautiful. I am looking forward to getting the sleeves done this weekend. I’m hoping I can have it done for the Christmas Eve party.
