This shawl is definitely not something you normally see! Though the pattern itself is pretty simple, it was difficult to memorize. I had difficulty with the last row of edging and decided to simply {k2, yo} across and bound off using a size 10 needle to make sure the bind off was loose enough to allow for the horizontal elasticity of the pattern. I wear this shawl nearly every day.
