CO 170 with yarn held double on 4 mm cubics.

The button-creation is ingenious and the instructions for it are truly clear.

Changed to MC (single yarn) and checked that I have 200 sts: marked increases as instructed.

What a fun knit!

April: OK I am right about myself being the slowest knitter in the world: I knit this almost daily but after a month my progress is … well let’s say “slow” even though I’ve put all other knitting on hold. But that is not the pattern’s fault: it is fun to knit and I happily continue with it :-)

May: Well now I am knitting literally every day on every occasion and there is still lots to knit. I guess work is getting in the way of my recreation. But I am going to wear this all the time when it is done!
