Hem band:
long tail cast on
knit 309 rows.

Lower band:
pick up 157 sts (155 garter bumbs + 2 sts for casting on and binding off)
knit 31 rows
place all sts on holder.

Central band:
seam to lower band with grafting technique on wrong side.

Underarm band:
pick up 157 sts (155 garter bumbs + 2 sts for casting on and binding off)
knit 31 rows
place all sts on holder.

Neck band:
23 sts, pm, 32 sts, pm, 47 sts, pm, 32 sts, pm, 23 sts
on wrong side, seam to underarm band with grafting technique (23 sts), bind off purlwise 32 sts, seam 47 sts, bind off purlwise 32 sts, seam 23 sts.

I don’t like yarn and pattern, but the result is good enough to be worn.
