I have prepared this tutorial to showcase the little trick I use to hide color changes when knitting chevrons in the round. You could also use this for knitting stripes in the round, but it works better for chevrons.

I have called it “lift the stitch just knit, knit it together with the next stitch” - this creates a stitch shown in the very last photo and blends well when knitting chevrons in the round.
