I added 2 curls and my own leaf.

For the curls, with a H hook , chain 16 ,sc in second chain from hook and sc 2 in each chain . Finish off and sew to stem.

For the leaf, with an a E hook , sc10 in a magic loop. Join. Ch 2 , 1 dc in next st ,ch2 dc 1 in same st as first dc, 2 hdc in next, sc to last st , 2 hdc in last st. Join to first dc. Sew to stem .
