Made this because my husband and I went to Yellowstone this summer and I was enthralled with the buffalo we saw. And with living in Colorado and the mascot of CU being what it is, one of my co-workers just had to have it for her alumni collection. Went off of the Amigurumi Ponies pattern by Nancy Anderson and then did things backwards, added loops on the head, legs, made horns, nostrils, etc.
