My first knitting at our new place.
This time my choose of wool wasn’t logical, but it was a mere fact of love: simple, structured, cottage, local, undyed.

Gauge: 18 sts x 26 rnds = 10x10 cm
CO 61 sts
My yarn is thicker, than that is suggested by the pattern. I love thick knits: they let me see every stitch and every shaping detail.
Mods:

• the central cable is going from the CO to the BO raw: that means also odd number of sts in the CO raw;
• the central cable crosses itself every 3rd raw
• wrong raws repeat at every 9th raw of stockinette along the full length, including the knee cable part
• A TRICK:) The fact is, that I hate all the ways to avoid jogless stripes:(
  I’ve started the wrong sts raw at the end of the raw 9, just after the central cable - and follow it on the beginning of the raw 1 before the cable.
