Gift for Christmas

dec 18: I underestimated how much this yarn grows! I’m happy that it blocked out quite a bit bigger, because who doesn’t like a long scarf?!? I am worried about how big a sweater project I’m making in alpaca will turn out after blocking :$

Dec 17: I’ve finally finished!! While I started this pattern 4 months ago, attempting to make a scarf for my SO was the whole reason I got into knitting. I went through a about a half dozen patterns, started and restarted so many times, and initially began with different yarn. I’m just happy this is done!

Sept 22: Well written pattern. I’m finally happy with a project for M’s darn scarf - wanting to make him a scarf was what made me want to learn to knit and I still haven’t completed one for him a year later! Sigh…. I am not a fan of knitting scarfs, so I’ll be happy once this is completed.
