This is one of the most beautiful square designs. I just love it. I like it in CSS Christmas colors and I also like it with a white flower and touches of blue.

The photos supplied by Laurel Crafter really helped as did looking at this designs project pages on Ravelry. Also, so appreciate the sharing of this discontinued pattern.

I had quite a time with rounds 6 (leaves) and 7 (buds). I finally figured out I did round 6 (leaves) wrong. So, I frogged it and figured it out after staring at the photos. Then round 7 (buds) fell right into place.

This is my first square. Now to make some more. I may crochet a small lap throw for Christmas.

Next to work up is round 9 in dark sage.
