This pattern calls for CO22 with plain knitting, and it mentions finished size of at least 150cm, so something very wrong with my first attempt ! (65cm)

There was only one full ball and two thirds of another, so tried the incomplete ball exactly as per the instructions to see how it looked, and will most likely re-do adding something else at each end.

Seems one ball of this yarn is not enough, so my inexperience will be overlooked this time.

Finished this at last. Although I don’t like it, I’m glad I persevered, as it’s improved my knitting and appreciation for using two sticks instead of one.

And yes, slightly bigger needles would have probably improved the look - and feel - of this. You never learn less !

Now to work (re-do ?) the other one.
