I crochet tight so I increased hook size PLUS I had to add to more rows of dc’s to bonnet. Everything else I did exactly as pattern stated.
I used P/11.50mm hook for bonnet
I tried to use M/9.00mm hook for petals but they were to floppy so I went back to a K (would’ve preferred an L but don’t have one).

Used small amt of all colors for bonnet…did not make cover…most used was white.
