This used every inch of my yarn. I ran out on the bind off, so I used some Knit Picks in a berry heather that ended up being a really good match.

I knit the last 2 rows in seed stitch to avoid curling. I did not block, I’m thinking I may block afterall, because it’s almost too many ruffles. The pic of the green shawl is a blocked example. Think I am going to block.

challenge:
In recognition of the anthocanins, I knit a Romantic Purple and Red Ruffles in reds and purples. This shawl matched my maple tree while I was knitting it. This shawletter embodies the colors of fall. :D

Team Tie In:
The red in this shawlette was inspired by Willows eyes in “Seeing Red” from Season 6. When Willow gets in touch with her not-so-nice-side, her eyes turn red.

Team Unity:
Our Team Unity project is “Ginger Love” we are to craft something red in honor of redheads. I dedicate the red in this shawlette to Willow, who has red hair, even when her eyes aren’t.
