I’m using 4mm 16” circular needles instead of 4.5mm. I’ve incorporated a design from a cardigan that will be going with this.

Circumference is 15”. There is a bit of stretch to it. I’ve added a cm or so cord with the final few stitches, at the top to make it extra cute.
