Notes

This is my first knitted garment. Once you connect to the Red Heart free site, you can put the code LW2645 to get to the pattern or use this link: http://www.redheart.com/free-patterns/pattern-correction-...

I’ve used 6mm instead of 5mm needles. The 100% Merino aran wool has a beautiful sheen and is super soft. If I was to make this again I would used the 5mm needles and make a size or two smaller. We live and learn :)

The twist might be hard to visualise at first so I’ve placed a little video on youtube for you if you need it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lri4IYzB06c&feature=plcp

When you make the left front, you may want to consider the garter rib pattern and change it to suit the flow of the pattern. You can see what I mean at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HB70f-9FKdw. Happy knitting!
