If her parents keep insisting on putting those little bows on her head, I may as well make her a be-bowed hat.

The bow was inspired by the unfortunately named bow pattern here. I cast on provisionally 11 stitches and knit until it was long enough, then joined in a circle with a three-needle bind off. CO 5 for the little wrap and then did the same, then sewed it onto the hat (conveniently covering up the jog in the stripe). I also tacked down the sides of the bow so it didn’t stand out so much from the hat.

This is an unspeakably cute hat. I hope it fits -- it seems tiny (less so once I blocked it, thank you to moutons for the blocking suggestion, I was definitely having one of those days. If it’s too small, I’ll just make another one.
