29 Dec 2011 - I’m finally reviving this project. I set it aside earlier this year in favor of knitting for the pending arrival of my grandson. Even after not knitting on it for 362 days, I’m just as enchanted with it as I was almost a year ago and quickly picked up a comfortable rhythm.

31 Dec 2011 - While this is a glove pattern, I noticed that others who’ve knit it have had a lot of challenges with the fingers and because this is already knitting up a bit snug for my hand, I think these will serve me better as fingerless mitts. Of course, that also means I’ll finish them faster. ;-)
