I’ve made this cabled headband with a couple of purposes in mind. First, as I find myself in the doldrums of winter where all is dead and gray, the colors remind me of a sunny day- the bright yellow sun shining on the rich green trees and grass… Ahh, it’s like a little wooly but of light at the end of the long long winter tunnel. And of course since it still IS winter, this clever little headband can just as easily keep my ears warm a cold wind as it can act as a shield to shade my eyes from the blinding reflection from the bright white snow that’s blanketing every flat surface outdoors!
