I have knitted this sweater 1979 and some months later I have dyed it in the washing machine, because I wanted it green. Now after the many years I have cleaned up my house and found the old pattern and an old picture. I loved the sweater. So I decided to knit it again but ask a dyer to help with the dying. So the result was a nice summer event, a new friend and a lot of fun… and of course the favourite sweater!
