This sheep pattern is one from a Fiber Trends sheep afghan pattern. I wanted to sample our yarn before heading into the entire afghan project. This was knit with our own Romney yarn that I naturally dyed with indigo. I used a size 9 needle which I think is a bit too large for the weight of yarn. I will knit the next one on a size 7 needle.

The back of the pillow is a sample piece of weaving from my loom. I threw it in the washing machine to slightly felt the weaving. It came out very soft. I used strips of the weaving along each side of the sheep as well.
