H/8 or 5.0mm Hook, 2 Fancy 1” buttons,
needle and thread to sew buttons on

I had to use F/5 or 3.75mm to get gage right.

At times the instructions where a little hard to follow, but other than that the hat turned out well, I like it and it was fun to crochet.
