Notes

Head (From Amigurumi Unicorn):

Start with Cream as directed. CC at Step 11, in between the 2 rounds of 30 (one round will be cream and the next blue).

At the end, I decreased another round and then sewed up.

Body (From Amigurumi Unicorn):

Follow directions until end, then decrease an additional round (6 dec = 6 st) then sew up.

Ears (From Best Bunny):

Follow directions up through Round 23 (14 st). * Dec twice, sc in next 5 * repeat from * to * again = 10 st.

Flatten ear and ss through the top = 5 sl st.

Arms (From Amigurumi Reindeer):

Follow directions for Legs up through 4. Do not crochet in back loops, rather crochet around as normal.

Continue with pattern as normal through Round 13 (14 st). * Dec, twice, sc in next 5 * repeat again through * * = 10 st.

Work as many stitches as necessary to bring you to the rear of the arm, then flatten and sl st through the top = 5 sl st.

Legs (Improvised from Amigurumi Reindeer):

Follow directions for Legs up through Round 3.

Round 4: * 2sc (inc) in first st, sc in next 2 * repeat around = 24 st.
Round 5: Sc around (24).
Round 6: Sc in first 10, sc2tog twice, sc in last 10 (22).
Round 7: Sc in first 9, sc2tog twice, sc in last 9 (20).
Round 8-12: Sc around (20).
Round 13: * Sc2tog, sc in next 3 * repeat from * * = 16 st.
Round 14-16: Sc around.
Round 17: Dec 8 times = 8 st.

Work as many stitches as needed to get to the rear of the leg, then flatten and sl st through the top = 4 sl st.

Sew ears to head, sew head to body, sew arms and legs to body.

Mane (From Halfling Amigurumi):

All I really used was the directions for making looped stitches. I did leave a 7-8” tail at the beginning for sewing the one end of the mane down.

Ch 11, then do loop stitches starting in the 2nd ch from hook = 10 loop stitches.

Turn and work 10 loop stitches on the back side of the starting chain.

Sew mane to top of head and part of back.

Tail (Improvised from Eeyore Inspired Stuffie):

With blue, ch 9, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each st back = 8 st.

Pull 4-6 strands of 2” black yarn through the opposite end (the one without the knots) of the tail. Use another strand of black to tie them into a tassel.

For the bow, I used the Scrapbusting Mini Bow pattern and sewed it to the end of the tail.

The button for the top of the tail is a 8 hdc circle. Ch 3, hdc 8 times in 1st ch, join with sl st.

Finish off and sew over where you connected the tail to the body.

Ta da! No need to pay for a pattern!
