i am SO almost done with this project, however, i have run out of yarn only to find this colorway discontinued (!!!) i don’t know why they would do that, it’s such a classic and widely used color…

all that’s left to do are the decreases and the other tie strap. i have messaged another raveler who has 1/2 a skein left to sell or trade-- crossing fingers!

so i picked up a skein of the same yarn only one called “fisherman”… turns out it is the same exact color. i wonder if they just renamed it instead of discontinuing the “winter white” color like i thought. i held my project and the new yarn together… you can’t even tell the difference. so out of hibernation this comes!!!

Finished this headband quite awhile ago but never updated the project page.. will dig it out and take photos of me wearing it. It didn’t come out as wide as the photo, but still fun to wear!
