Make Latvian braid join nicely

Oct 3: Blue and white it is! Knitted the picot edging, picked it all up and then, huh? There is an extra stitch that I dropped. But no idea where I didn’t do a k2tog. Maybe I cast on an extra stitch by accident. Used Judy’s Magic Cast On.
