These mittens go really fast! And I have to say that I really love the way the thumb is engineered.

Love, love, love this mitten pattern and I wouldn’t mind knitting this pattern all over again for myself.

FYI - Unless I’m an idiot, I believe that there is a mistake in the C4Fp instructions. I found to make this cable work in the pattern, I slipped 2 stitches to the cable needle, held them to the front, purled 2 stitches and then knit the 2 stitches from the cable needle.
