Notes

Hubby approached me one day and asked, “How good are your knitting skills?”

After getting over my offense at being asked such a stupid question (after living with me for the past four years), I asked him why. He kindly asked me to knit him something he could use as a cover on his recliner to protect the leather from his ‘glistening’ head when it gets warm in our family room.

My one stipulation was that I be able to choose a pattern since, I would be in essence, creating a very large dishcloth. There was no way in heck I was doing this sucker in stockinette!

I found a good stitch pattern, knit up a swatch and checked it against his head for comfort.

This is what I came up with.
