Notes

Realised that baby Reuben currently only has one cardigan that fits, so knitting up another quickly in this gorgeous wool…

Well I took a few weeks over this and by the time I finished it was already too small. Drat! I can just squeeze it on my one-month old, but it is too short and rides up a lot and is very stretched over his stomach too. He is quite big though!

Will have to just put straight into storage for the next one I guess.

Yarn lovely as ever, though, and the pattern seems good, though I didn’t like the way the neck band was finished at the end. Don’t know if I just failed to understand the pattern, but it seemed a very odd way of adding that bit and didn’t look great when I had finished it.

If I made this again, I would definitely lengthen the body.
