The Anubis illusion knit is based on the figure from the Papyrus of Ani and seemed to be, possibly because of the slightly mysterious nature of illusion knits, an ideal image to try. The piece measures approximately 50 cm by 40 cm and has been designed to be viewed from the side. It is therefore intended to be used as a small wall hanging or as part of a larger throw or hanging. The final photograph here shows the piece when viewed from directly in front.
