The colours in this weaving are inspired by a calendar page given to me by my young granddaughter.
Warp has approximately 83 threads, (a few laceweight threads counted as one) and is 129” in length.

Got the warp on the loom and most of the weaving done today! I just have the catch and turn to do tomorrow and then it’ll be time for the finishing steps.
Width in the reed, 10”.

It turned out really pretty. It’s not at all colours that I wear so I will be selling it once the guild year end luncheon is over and the display of items made for the “photo inspiration” challenge are through.

I weave for 65” before releasing the front and weaving those beginning warp ends in as weft.
